Embakasi East member of parliament Babu Owino has shared a chilling video of a man being shot dead by allegedly police officer.
In the video that was taken at Jacaranda grounds in Embakasi East, two groups were engaging in a fight involving crude weapons including panga. One who was on the front and was heading to cut another was seen being shot dead and his opponents are seen cutting him while already dead.
According to Babu Owino, the man ha been shot by a police officer though from the video there is no police officer being seen.
