Four people have lost their lives near Kikopey on the busy Nakuru-Eldoret Highway.
Fifteen people are said to have been injured in the crash and were immediately rushed to several hospitals that are found within Nakuru County, including St Mary’s Hospital in Gilgil.
A truck driver is said to have been attempting to overtake at a very dangerous spot when the nasty accident occurred that involved more than five vehicles.
The truck driver used the inner lane which is mostly used by vehicles as a climbing lane according to the Gilgil Police Commander Mr. Francis Tumbo
