When Mwalimu Yesu wa Tongaren made headlines in Kenya, his claims were that he was the real Jesus Christ who is on a mission to save the world. The self-proclaimed Yesu is a Kenyan man based in Bungoma county.
Many Kenyans have visited him while others have criticized him and said that he should be crucified during this Easter holiday period when Jesus was crucified to wash away sins.
Today, a section of Kenya Air force officers paid a courtesy visit to Mwalimu Yesu Wa Tongaren in his home in Bungoma county.
The officers went ahead and took a photo with Yesu. Their visit has caused mixed reactions among Kenyans on Facebook who have seen it as a big joke.
“Kenya Air Force officers visit Yesu Wa Tongareni. This is a big joke,” reacted Daudi Chirano.
