Transport Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has appointed Captain William Kipkemboi Ruto as Managing Director at the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA).
His appointment takes effect from March 10 and runs for three years. The position of Managing Director at the KPA has been vacant for the last three years. During this period, to ensure the continuity of the Authority’s businesses, the Board made several appointments to the position in an Acting capacity.
