Grace Wangoi had worked in Egypt for eight years and got a new job as a caregiver for an elderly but healthy man just two weeks ago.
Wangoi had earlier complained about the man’s son to her agent, but she was told things would be okay once he left because he lived in Canada.
However, on Friday night, he killed Wangoi after she refused his sexual advances and threw himself from the 13th floor, dying instantly.
Wangoi’s sister, Tabby Wanja, who is also working as a domestic worker in Saudi Arabia, said they received the news of her sister’s death from a friend.
