This morning tragedy hit Kiambu County after a storey building collapsed on Monday, September 26.
Report alleges that several people were feared trapped inside. A report that has sparked alot of reactions from people across the country.
However, Governor for Kiambu County, Kimani Wamatangi was among the first responders on the site ensuring that the rescue operations is effectively coordinated.
Therefore the county boss Kimani Wamatangi mobilised the residents to aid the operations to save those feared trapped inside the building.
Therefore the incident adds the list of collapsed building in Kiambu County. In August 2021, a five-storey residential building collapsed in Gachie, Kiambu County.
