According to the source, new details have just emerged about the number of KDF troops who perished in a road accident along Nakuru-Nairobi highway.
As per the latest report shared by a well-known source, it has finally confirmed that one KDF perished after the vehicle were traveling in was involved in an accident.
Peter Mwanzo who is also Nakuru County Police Commander has revealed that the vehicle was ferrying KDF from Eldoret to Embakasi when the accident occurred.
He has also confirmed one KDF was pronounced dead after arriving at hospital.
I quote his statement from the source, “A truck ferrying members of the KDF from Eldoret to Embakasi, Nairobi has been involved in an accident.
Unfortunately, we lost one while receiving treatment at the Rift Valley General Hospita.… Ten members of KDF were first attended to the Nakuru. Majority have already been airlifted to Nairobi for further treatment, ” Mwanzo revealed.
