Kenyan man by the name of Kagoiya Mumbi claims he is the president’s lookalike, and strangely enough, people sometimes call him William Ruto.
Kagoiya notes he is not the type to stare at himself in the mirror as he considers it unmanly, but when someone told him he resembled Ruto, he began looking at the mirror.
The man says he would love to meet the president and talk about matters of governance as it is at the heart of his concerns.
He was shocked at first but began to see it when he spent more time looking at himself.
“Mimi I am just a human being and I’m impressed unajua sisi kama wanaume hatujiangaliangi kwa kioo so nikanza kujiangalia nikasema na inaweza.”
The man noted that he would love to meet his doppelganger and talk about governance matters.
“Mr President if we were to meet I would love us a sit down have a consultative meeting on service delivery of public servants.”
Adding that he has never met his father and has never asked his mother who he was due to respect to her.
