Gospel artiste Stephen Kasolo has apologised to his fellow singer Fortune Mwikali for the harsh things he said about her and blamed his hot temper demeanour for his behaviour.
The drama started when Kasolo took to social media to insult Fortune calling her the devil and an immoral woman.
Kasolo also warned other gospel artistes and pastors against associating with Fortune claiming she is a very conniving woman who will infect them with various diseases, adding that she had been begging him to be her husband.
However, on the other hand, Fortune accused Kasolo of using dark forces to make money and alleged that the musician is gay.
She explained how the artiste once wore her dress and further shared that the musician left her house and went to live with a foreigner who had come to the country for two weeks, and that the two were involved romantically.
The two gospel ministers exchanged insults online, forcing their fans to question their faith and morality.
But on April 15, Kasolo issued an apology to God, Fortune and fans who he may have hurt with his harsh words.
Part of what he posted on Facebook read:
”I WANT TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO APOLOGISE TO GOD FOR THE DAMAGE OF THE BODY OF CHRIST THAT I HAVE CAUSED AND ALSO APOLOGISE TO ALL MY FANS AND TO ALL LADIES. ALL THAT I SAID WAS DUE TO MY HOT TEMPER WHICH HAS BEEN MY WEAKNESS SINCE CHILDHOOD.
ANYTIME I GO THROUGH HARD AND VERY TRYING TIMES, I EXPLODE. I HAVE BEEN PRAYING ABOUT THE SAME AND ALSO URGE PEOPLE TO PRAY WITH ME AND FOR MY FAMILY, ESPECIALLY MY GRANDMOTHER WHO IS VERY SICK NOW AFTER HEARING OF ALL THAT IS GOING ON.”

He maintained that he is a family man who has a wife and a daughter.
The musician was responding to claims from fellow gospel musician Weezdom who alleged he was gay.
Still, Kasolo hit back at Weezdom claiming he is the one who is gay because he loves getting handouts from fellow men.
