The group was to perform at the event slated for April 27/28 alongside Khaligraph Jones, Naiboi, Ochungulo family, The Kansoul, Tint and Croco na Cuga among others.

The meteoric rise of Ethic took a beating over the weekend after one of its members, ‘SWAT Mtoto Wa Eunice,’ escaped the wrath of an angry mob in Umoja, Nairobi.

SWAT and a friend were roughed up by locals before being rescued by police over claims they attempted to rob occupants of an apartment in the area.

The group vehemently disputed those accusations. They stated that SWAT was mistaken by locals after they ran and hid in the apartment to avoid police officers on patrol.
